My order
You can always find a link to track your order in the shipping confirmation email you get from us. In addition if you have an account with us, you can find the same link when viewing your order when signed in.
You will receive a confirmation from us on successful payment. It might be that your payment was unsuccessful or is still processing. If your payment was successful and you have not received an email from us within ten minutes after payment, please contact us at support@infinity-fx.com.
Yes, you have a 30 day period after receiving your order, where you can return one or more of your purchased items. Please refer to our return policy, for the full terms and conditions.
Shipping
We currently ship to a limited set of countries worldwide, the full list of which can be found on our shipping page. These include countries to which we can ship in a reliable and relatively quick and sustainable way.
For customers outside of the European Union import fees may apply, this is based on your country's regulations.
